Godzilla reaches Apex on November 10—and Storm Point is a survival zone, not a boss fight

The three-week event puts a custom heat-ray Devotion inside dangerous blast zones. Its Twitch Drops window closes earlier than the event itself.

Apex Legends’ Godzilla event starts November 10 and runs through December 1, turning Storm Point into the aftermath of a monster attack. Godzilla cannot be defeated: squads still have rivals to fight while dealing with the destruction around them.

EA’s November 5 announcement puts damaged buildings, burnt trees and fallen signs across the map. As of November 7, the event is still upcoming; EA has announced the dates but not an exact launch hour or timezone.

The blast zone holds a weapon worth contesting

The event’s special prize is a custom Devotion with a heat-ray attack that tracks enemies on hit. It comes from a Care Package inside a blast zone, which players must enter before Godzilla’s Heat Ray strikes.

That creates a different contest from waiting safely outside the danger: the weapon is inside the threatened area.

The free skin and the paid pass are separate

Event challenges offer a free reward track that includes the Jet Jaguar Octane skin, alongside crafting metals, packs, badges and other rewards. The premium track costs 950 Apex Coins and includes the Ghidorah 1991 Catalyst skin and Gravity Beam Prowler skin.

The Dorsal Dagger melee cosmetic is described separately as a possible Event Pack drop. It is not listed as a guaranteed reward for finishing the free pass.

Twitch Drops end before the event does

The announced Twitch Drops window is November 10–17, shorter than the November 10–December 1 event. Eligible streams from selected creators award the Chibi Godzilla weapon charm after 30 minutes and the Mothra’s Milestones tracker set after 60 minutes of viewing.

An EA account must be linked to Twitch. EA says the rewards should appear in-game within 24 hours, on the next login; its account-linking instructions cover the connection.
