Rocket League’s Haunted Hallows: free rewards, haunted playlists and the November deadline

Five Nights at Freddy’s joins Haunted Hallows through 2 November. Challenge rewards and Item Shop cosmetics are separate—and the end time crosses a daylight-saving change.

Rocket League’s Haunted Hallows is running until 2 November 2026 at 17:00 UTC, with Five Nights at Freddy’s challenge rewards and three named spooky Arcade playlists. The event began on 22 October and is already live.

The useful distinction is between items earned by completing Challenges and cosmetics sold in the Item Shop. The Freddy-themed goal explosion belongs to the second group, not the free reward list.

What Challenges unlock

Psyonix’s event announcement lists four character Toppers as free Challenge rewards: Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie The Bunny, Chica The Chicken and Foxy The Pirate Fox. These sit on the car’s roof.

The free reward lineup also includes Faz-Token Wheels, a Player Banner, an Avatar Border and No. 1 Crates. The announcement does not enumerate each Challenge objective, so the in-game Challenges screen is the place to check the task attached to the item you want.

The Five Nights at Freddy’s Goal Explosion, Freddy Fazbear Octane Decal and Five Nights Universal Decal are instead listed in the Item Shop for the duration of the event. Completing the free Challenges is not a route to those shop items.

The haunted Arcade lineup

The named playlists are Heatseeker: Haunted, Spooky Cube and Up to No Good. Psyonix specifically says that Up to No Good returns with a low-gravity ball.

That is an Arcade event lineup, separate from the RLCS tournament calendar. The announcement does not publish a daily rotation timetable for the three playlists; check the current in-game menu rather than assuming all three will always be available together.

The closing time is 17:00 UTC—not 16:00

Psyonix gives the event window as 22 October at 9 AM PT through 2 November at 9 AM PT. Pacific time changes from daylight to standard time on 1 November, so the two ends do not share the same UTC offset:

Boundary Los Angeles UTC Stockholm
Start, 22 October 09:00 PDT 16:00 18:00 CEST
End, 2 November 09:00 PST 17:00 18:00 CET

For a European player planning the last session, the deadline is therefore 18:00 CET on Monday, 2 November. Using the launch-day Pacific offset would put it an hour early.
